Create Your Ultimate Gin from Scratch
Learn hands-on how to make your very own exceptional gin at Strathmashie Distillery from the team who created the multi-award winning Daffy’s Gin at their Highland brand home.
Design the flavour profile for your perfect gin, then forage for your botanicals in the grounds and hills around the distillery. After that we will take you through a step-by-step process to create and distil your ultimate gin.

Foraging and Gin Making
3-hour session
Half an hour foraging then two and a half hours of gin making.
(Please note that the amount of time foraging botanicals may vary during the seasons.)
