40mls Daffy’s
20mls Sake
20mls Malic Acid solution
12.5mls plum and mint syrup
2 dashes peychaud’s bitters

METHOD

Fill mixing glass with ice and ingredients and stir with a mixing spoon for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with a mint leaf
