30mls Kamm and Sons
12.5mls passionfruit syrup
2 dashes orange bitters

METHOD

Fill mixing glass with ice and ingredients and stir with a mixing spoon for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over block ice and garnish with 1/2 passionfruit
