Our gin was created to be the finest enjoyed straight over ice. The flavour, balance and complexity of our gin comes from using only the very best quality botanicals and from our long, ‘slow-cook’ distillation.

INGREDIENTS

1 large ice cube
1 generous measure of Daffy’s

METHOD

Take one large ice cube, place it in a glass and pour a generous measure of our gin over the top. Go to your favourite seat, put your feet up and enjoy.
