1 part Daffy’s
¹⁄₃ part fresh lemon juice
2 bar spoons sugar cane syrup
3 parts Champagne Brut ‘frappe’
1 scoop lemon sorbet
Place all chilled ingredients in a champagne saucer, retaining maximum fizz. Stir gently. Float a thin scoop of lemon sorbet on top. Serve immediately.
