12.5mls Apricot Liqueur
25mls fresh lemon
12.5mls vanilla syrup
top with prosecco

METHOD

Fill cocktail shaker with ingredients except prosecco. Shake with ice for 10 seconds and strain into prosecco glass. Top with prosecco and zest with lemon twist
