50mls Daffy’s
25mls lime juice
20mls strawberry shrub
25mls egg white
top ginger ale
METHOD
Fill cocktail shaker with ingredients and dry shake without ice. Shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled hi ball over cubed ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with dehydrated strawberries
