
CLASSIC COCKTAILS

BRAMBLE (CLASSIC)
INGREDIENTS
50ml Daffy’s
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
Crème de cassis
METHOD
Fill cocktail shaker with first 3 ingredients and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle over crème de cassis and garnish with blackberries and lemon.
GLASS
Rocks, crushed ice.
GARNISH
Blackberries or lemon.

BREAKFAST MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
50ml Daffy’s
15ml Cointreau
15ml fresh lemon
1 large bar spoon of orange marmalade
METHOD
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and ingredients and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.
GLASS
Martini, straight up.
GARNISH
Orange twist.

CLOVER CLUB (CLASSIC)
INGREDIENTS
50ml Daffy’s
25ml fresh lemon juice
12ml raspberry syrup
25ml egg whites
METHOD
Fill cocktail shaker with ingredients and dry shake without ice. Shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
GLASS
Coupette, straight up.
GARNISH
Mint leaf.
